Context
Démarche Permis Rapide is a start-up specialising in simplifying urban planning procedures. L3M stepped in to structure and develop their SaaS platform from A to Z, from UX design to production deployment.
The challenge
Individuals and construction professionals were spending an average of 12 hours per file on administrative procedures related to building permits. The absence of a dedicated tool led to frequent errors, avoidable rejections and significant revenue loss. The regulatory complexity made the process opaque and stressful for users.
Our solution
L3M designed and developed an intuitive SaaS platform centralising the entire process: intelligent guided questionnaire, automatic document verification, real-time tracking with personalised SMS/email alerts, and a dedicated interface for partner town halls. Vue.js + Node.js architecture with a geographical database and town-level urban planning rules integrated.
Impact & results
The platform transformed professionals' relationship with administrative processes. Processing times fell, the quality of submitted applications improved significantly, and client satisfaction reached levels rarely seen in the sector. Démarche Permis Rapide now counts several hundred partner municipalities.
