Global Work Hub aims to become the world reference for connecting businesses with independent talent. L3M supported the product design, platform development and launch strategy across multiple markets.
The challenge
The B2B freelancing market suffered from extreme fragmentation: hundreds of disconnected tools, opaque verification processes, and a deplorable user experience. Companies were spending an average of three weeks finding and qualifying a reliable service provider, with a mission failure rate above 30%.
Our solution
Development of a full-stack platform with an algorithmic matching system based on skills, availability and mission history. Profiles verified within 24 hours, real-time messaging, integrated contract management, analytical dashboard and automated invoicing. Stack: Nuxt.js, Python for the ML engine, PostgreSQL with geographic partitioning.

In less than a year, Global Work Hub established itself as a key player in eight countries. The platform generates value on both sides of the market and displays exceptional engagement metrics, with an NPS of +62 on the business side and +71 on the freelancer side.
