MyDomii6L is a PropTech startup reinventing rental management for landlords and professional property managers. L3M supported the design and development of their product from A to Z, from mockup to production deployment.
The challenge
Rental management relied on a patchwork of disconnected tools: Excel spreadsheets, untracked emails, ageing software and paper mail. Landlords and tenants experienced a frustrating and time-consuming process. Professional managers were losing up to 40% of their time on low-value tasks, at the expense of the client relationship.

Development of a complete SaaS platform with separate and secure landlord and tenant portals, automatic generation of rent receipts and payment notices, maintenance request management with real-time assignment, eIDAS-compliant electronic lease signing, and automated financial reporting. Native mobile application dedicated to tenants.
